I'm Kaitlyn — birth doula, massage therapist, sound practitioner and meditation guide. I am here to help women and their partners feel genuinely prepared, deeply connected, and ready to walk into birth with confidence instead of fear.
My journey into birth work began through my massage career, where I learned labor massage and had the honor of supporting a dear client through one of her births. What I didn’t realize at the time was how full circle this path would become for me. I previously worked as a medical assistant in an OB/GYN office, and those early experiences quietly planted the seeds for the work I do today.
As a doula, licensed massage therapist, birth educator, and meditation teacher, I am deeply passionate about helping families prepare for birth. I want to tell you something : you don't have to be pregnant to start preparing for birth.
Whether you're newly pregnant, weeks from your due date, or just beginning to dream about starting a family — this is your place to learn, prepare, and arrive at birth already feeling like yourself.
Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, my intention is to support you with evidence-based education, unwavering encouragement, and reassurance that you were made for this. I believe birth is not something to fear, but something to be embraced with confidence, peace, and purpose.
When I’m not serving families, you’ll usually find me relaxing at home with my partner, hanging with friends, trying new restaurants in town or traveling to the mountains to hike, explore, and reconnect with nature.

Whether you're looking for hands-on care, birth education, or someone to walk alongside you through the whole experience — there's a place for you here.
Your body carries an enormous amount before, during, and after birth. Massage is one of the most effective ways to help it carry that with more ease.
Prenatal massage reduces back and joint pain, regulates hormones, improves sleep, and gives your nervous system the space to genuinely rest — something pregnancy makes surprisingly hard to find. Postnatal massage supports your recovery after birth — releasing the tension of labor, reducing swelling, rebalancing a body that has just done the most extraordinary thing it has ever done, and reminding you that your needs matter too.
Specialize in helping turn Breech babies, and getting babies is the most optimal position for birth starting at 32 weeks.
From the first trimester to the fourth — you deserve this.
Hands-on classes designed for whoever is going to be in that room with you — your partner, your mom, your best friend. We cover the stages of labor, comfort techniques for each stage, partner massage, peanut ball positioning, meditations, and birth plan preparation. You pick what you need.
From your first prenatal visit all the way through your first postpartum check-in, I'm in your corner. Helping you build your birth intentions, preparing your partner with hands-on techniques, and on call from 38 to 42 weeks so you never wonder if someone is coming. Because birth shouldn't feel like something you face alone.
Reading about labor and being ready for labor are two completely different things. You can know every stage, every centimeter, every clinical term — and still walk into the birth room feeling completely unprepared the moment the first real contraction hits.Because information alone does not regulate a nervous system. It does not soften a jaw. It does not tell a partner where to put their hands when words stop working.
Practice does that. Repetition does that. The right tools — used consistently — do that.
This course gives you and your partner the tools, practices & rituals to help you have a peaceful birth long before the waves start.

SOME kind WORDS

We cannot say enough good things about Kaitlyn and our experience with her as our doula. We decided to hire a doula later in pregnancy, around 27+ weeks, after she came highly recommended, and from the beginning she was such a calming, reassuring presence for our family.
Kaitlyn was my birth doula last year when I had my second child. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and I have nothing but positive memories of the experience. She took the time to get to know me and my husband beforehand and kept in touch leading up to the birth. I felt very comfortable with her—and not to mention her massages were beyond amazing!
Kaitlyn was absolutely incredible to work with. From prenatal and postpartum care during my first pregnancy and into my second, she was a constant source of support, knowledge, and advocacy. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned, she helped guide the experience into something that truly felt like my dream birth.

UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. RELEASE YOUR FEAR.
Most birth anxiety lives in the unknown. When you understand what your body is actually doing — what a contraction feels like, how the uterus moves, why the fear-tension-pain cycle exists and how to break it — everything shifts. This course gives you the foundation to move through labor with trust instead of resistance. Because where the mind leads, the body follows.
GIVE YOUR PARTNER A JOB. PRACTICE UNTIL IT'S INSTINCT.
The people who love you want to help — they just don't know how. The Peacefully Rooted Birth Method teaches hands-on massage techniques, positioning, breathwork support, and real comfort measures designed to be practiced together 2–3 times a week until it becomes second nature. By the time labor begins, your support team won't be guessing. They'll know exactly what to do.
BREATHE. MOVE. SOUND. TRUST.
Birth is not a silent experience. This course covers the tools that most birth prep leaves out — breathwork, hypnobirthing, guided partner meditations, vocalization, and affirmations — so that your nervous system is as prepared as your partner's hands. You'll finish this course with a toolkit you can actually feel in your body, not just read about on a page.
